Notes

1)    Contract clients have an allocated number of site visits included in their package. You are welcome to use as much extra on-site time as you like (chargeable at the agreed hourly / daily rate).

2)    Contract clients may also use the included on-site time for services that normally attract a higher charge rate, such as strategic/network planning or training visits, at no extra charge.
